Perry Ellis International has entered into a license agreement with Falic Fashion Group to create, manufacture and distribute men’s and women’s fragrances under the Original Penguin by Munsingwear brand. The agreement encompasses men’s and women’s fragrances for distribution in the Americas, Europe, India and the Middle East. Initially, the men’s fragrance will launch in early 2011 in the U. S. and the UK, as well as at 23 Original Penguin stores around the world. The women’s fragrance will follow shortly thereafter.
